Understanding the Refund Policy for Printables
Recently, I have been asked about my refund policy for printables. Before you purchase any of my products, it is important to understand and know my policy so you can make an informed decision before buying. Let’s break down what my refund policy covers.
Refund Eligibility
For all of my printables, there are no refunds or exchanges offered under any circumstances. This is because all of my digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature as digital goods. All sales are final, so please make sure that you want the product before purchasing it.
If a download fails due to technical difficulties from the customer’s end, I am happy to send them a copy of the file via email. However, this does not extend to cases where customers change their minds after making a purchase or misunderstand what they are buying initially.
These policies are in place because I offer free samples of most of my products on my website so customers can get an idea of the kind of product they are purchasing before they make a commitment to buy it. Therefore if a customer decides against buying a product after looking at the free sample, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange even if they already made payment for it.
